I 100% know that sometimes these figures are a roll of the dice. I got my start in figure collecting with the SH Monsterarts line, so I know literally anything can happen with a figure. Thankfully SH figuarts is better.

Weird, my Shining Assault Hopper's hips (his right especially) are tight enough to the point where they squeak a bit. Guess I got one that was really tight.
