I doubt anybody's going to be using the small Raise Buckles in their main forms. They're merely starting items to help new Riders keep up with the competition until they get signature/Boost Raise Buckles, although some Riders do seem to have preferences, like Claw for Na-Go.

Besides, why would Tycoon even need two bows?

While I think the Fever gimmick is interesting, I think it's going to quickly become obsolete for two reasons:

The upcoming power-ups for both Magnum and Boost mean that there'll be no more point in using Fever with either of those Buckles.

It's going to be hell for the Revolve Change Series, as the only way to emulate Fever would be to purchase everything twice. And a gold muffler! Who's crazy enough to do that?

He has an accessory, which only regular Riders have. So yeah, I think Toei planned for him to have an important role from the start.

Reminds me of those people who claim Genm is purple or Zi-O is pink. Like black is some kind of invisible color or something.
