Based on the few small snippets from the scans, it seems the Drill buckle's weapon is a repaint of the Birth Drill-Arm (I guess this means the OOO anniversary projects are all wrapped up then?)

There is not much to say about the new riders, because in this show their character is much more important than their appearance. However, I note the secondary nature of their design, in comparison with the riders who have already left. Apparently the Elephant and Gazelle(?) riders in Buffa's flashback use the Elephant-Amazon and Imperer helmets, so the inclusion of those animals into the DGP seems unlikely unless the producers can create actual helmets for them later in the show.
