I watched Disney's The Little Mermaid Live (2019) this morning. It was an interesting attempt. I wonder if other movies will be done that way soon as the films were already made.

5 Man and Jet Man

Both are on DVD from Shout Factory so they could use the DVD sets for reference and scene match when they re film.

As for 1975 to Turbo Ranger they can do the same thing if those shows are out on DVD or VHS.
Any series pre Five Man would be a problem if the episodes aren't released in any form.

Rider shows are less of problem due to DVD and Blu Ray sets out. It would come down to license to use the filmed footage on disk
