Don't think so. As I understand it, that form wasn't planned in anyway, hence not having a unique helmet. They probably forgot about it by the time of the accessory packs.

Speaking of stand stickers, I really wish they made ones without forms on them. I'd much prefer stickers that said "Kamen Rider Da-Paan" and "Kamen Rider Mary" instead of "Da-Paan Entry Form" and "Mary Entry Form" since I have neither of those in Entry Form. Don't get rid of form stickers altogether, I just want one sticker for every Rider that's just their name for moments when the sticker will be wrong regardless.

My SHODO-XX 3 came today and they're pretty solid aside from Ghost Toucon Boost's visor paint being especially sloppy. Though I eventually plan to paint them all it is a bit annoying that such a detailed tampo is just millimeters off from being perfect.

Honestly, I'm just amazed I haven't seen a single report of either of the Ghost figures having bent horns out of the box given how these were packaged.
