I think it's still worth questioning as the DGP keeps pitting the Riders against each other, like only giving the wish to the winner alone which they have to compete for, and especially this DezaStar stuff, turning their desperation and desire to turn them against each other, like to entertaining the sponsors or audiences.

The most interesting part here would be how Michinaga reacts to the Riders from his flashback. Da-Paan and Mary should still have infighting due to Da-Paan's hatred of humanity where he brushes off Mary coldly in ep. 2 too.

Like, at this point in the series, I can't imagine they'll still be having Geats win. And especially considering that his wish this time is to be Game Master of the DGP. With a wish like that, a wish that the out-of-universe higher-ups at Toei Studios would never allow to be granted, I feel like the only question is who he's losing to.

I feel like, for plot reasons, Keiwa might win this one. As you said Ace might not win anymore due to his wish perhaps making him unable to participate again, but Neon winning would perhaps remove her from the plot as she can be done after getting her wish (in the manner she wanted ofc), and Michinaga winning will remove the very premise (Riders..) of the series. Previously I didn't agree on Keiwa's wish having bad consequences when the bad ones are returned as they may stay out of the DGP as normal human (like Asakura in Ryuki's TV ending), but now I agree it can happen due to Beroba assembling the bad Riders, which can cause new story conflict with her recruiting many of the revived bad Riders.

And perhaps, this is Neon's turn to get eliminated before the final round, as Takahashi has said about regular characters retiring, and every main Rider other than her has gotten it (Tycoon ep. 8, Geats ep. 14, Buffa ep. 15).

The same... nah, as the reason I suspected Neon as the DezaStar from the start was her behavior towards Keiwa in the first 2 episodes of Divergence DGP (other than the breakfast scene), either dismissive or outright hostile. When Daichi sets Keiwa up, Neon acted like she didn't know anything regarding Keiwa recognizing the Jamato-Rider connections, even when she was besides him when Keiwa talked about it to Girori. She's the only one I feel has some differences (some OOC traits) in those 2 episodes (before ep. 19, which had her finally speaking up for him to Sae), while I feel Ace, Sae, Daichi, and Keiwa all act normally, DezaStar or not (though Keiwa has insane unlucky traits which'd make him my 2nd suspect to be the DezaStar before). But now as it's official, those differences may be explained by the DezaStar mission cards she got at that time.
