To me, the nosy thing makes perfect sense for Ikki: he's only able to be active when it comes to solving other people's problems and making other people happy. It's come up a bunch so far, alternating with "busybody", as a way of describing Ikki's tendency to insert himself into problems and try to fix them. It's a great habit for a Kamen Rider! But maybe not if it's your entire personality!
