Buffa's new form is an interesting mishmash of stuff. It's the Fever Slot buckle to give him Zombie on both upper and lower halves, the horns from the Crushing Buffalo Raider, what I can only assume is Ja-Ou Dragon's cape, and a purple aura flows out of him every now and then.

Honestly I kinda dig it, this feels like what would happen if the Showa upgrade mentality carried on to today. No hyper-mega-super-final form, no minute long jingle, no janky cgi power that gets never used again. Just:

"Yeah we modded the helmet and gave him a cape, the cgi guys said they'd make him glow once or twice during the fights. Ta-da"
