Ultraseven X wasn't bad...

It was BORING!

When everyone was describing it as the worst thing to come out of the Ultra Series I was expecting a real stinker here, but all I got was an extremely dull series. What was so "mature" about it exactly? Because when I heard about this description I was expecting more "adult" stuff like extreme gore or nudity or sensitive topics that couldn't be shown or discussed on the regular Ultraman airing slots, but it was extremely tame it makes the Showa era the more "adult" of the two. Even Heisei Ultraseven had more interesting stuff going on than this snoozefest. None of the characters were interesting, the setting was boring, and I didn't like Seven's shoulders.
