I would think the best business practice is to bring this up to me prior to shipping and give me a chance to approve, but with the language barrier here, I am gonna cut them a huge amount of slack. (Mainly because it actually worked out ok for me).

I just shipped 4 figuarts for 4000 yen with DHL from Mandarake. The discrepancy between HG and Mandarke with respect to DHL shipping seems to be larger than I thought.
