i was talking about the fandom at large. the amount of people that have ever complained about the season 2 is an extremely small sub set while the amount complaining about cosmic fury is the majority. trying to toss this "well technically" as an argument does not really change any thing at all.

Majority of the three replies? Plus, come on, Cosmic Fury only came out two days ago. Even if absolutely everyone criticized this decision (although, in my opinion, the majority greeted the show quite positively), there would still be no more negative comments than MMPR-2, which viewers have been criticizing for refusing to change costumes ever since they found out about Sentai. More recently, YouTuber hunterkiller1440 released his fan reimagining of MMPR-2 with Dairanger costumes just two months ago. And if criticism of MMPR-2 does not come across so often, it is only because there are not so many reasons to talk about the show twenty-nine years ago.
