Yes I agree. For some reason, many people forget that they fell in love with Fourze after the end of the show, and during the broadcast it received a lot of hate. I'd say Gotchard is the closest to the Fourze of all the show riders, although calling it a "Reiwa-era Fourze" is also a misnomer.

Houtarou is clearly not like Takeru in character. Rather, he is the middle ground between Gentaro and Sougo. Although, so far he has not had any serious trials/disappointments/betrayals, so we still need to see how he overcomes difficulties.
