Yeah, it's a set of character traits where... like, I'm going to go ahead and guess that a production staff full of tokusatsu fans probably has a little familiarity with hyperfixation. I don't know if they're really trying to make A Point with all of Philip's activities in 7 and 8, but I appreciate how it at least normalizes it? Like, it's thus far in the series been treated as an aspect of Philip that Shotaro has to learn how to accept and manage, not some crucial flaw that requires a solution. I'll take that as a minor victory?
