To coincide with the original airing of the first episode of Kakuranger, Toei has publicized this site celebrating the 30th anniversary. Alongside some brief words from the main cast, it also has announcement for rerelease of the series on DVD spread across two "affordable" sets.

They had a short announcement video which included famous fans such as Shoko Nakagawa and Mrs. Green Apple talking about their love of the show. The big announcement was a one day only fan meet with details coming soon.

More than likely, the actual announcement for whatever big thing they're doing to celebrate will be announced at the meet. I can't imagine they won't with all the work they're putting into it all.
