There's honestly nothing in the second part that can touch the doll's rampage in the first part. I think the second part has some interesting performances, and it's nice to get a reiteration of Akiko's detective bonafides. (I honestly love that she introduces herself in her flashback as a detective, since that's not exactly how anyone watching this show would describe Akiko's role in the group.) But, yeah, first one's got a killer doll with a random knife! Hard to top that, and the second part doesn't really try.
