Man, I'm rewatching W right now, and I love that dude's energy. His character is sort of impossible to travel with as a viewer -- inscrutable but effervescent, largely detached from the day-to-day of villainy in favor of semi-retired menace. But the actor just gives it such presence and joy, which makes the entire villain side of W come together in ways that the story sort of leaves hanging. And that LAUGH.
