Considering Skull got basically a whole-ass V-Cin in the winter crossover movie, and Accel just got a spotlight spin-off, Eternal's sort of the only remaining Kamen Rider you could even do an ancillary piece of media on for W. Honestly, better this than Kamen Rider W Returns: Uh Let's See What Makura's Up To I Guess.
