Well, I watched three episodes at once. What can I say? The appearance of the Hundred is justified for the development of Clotho and her team-up with Hotaro. A common enemy was needed to make audiences care about her, especially given her new berserker mode. And even in subsequent episodes I don’t mind this idea. I love it when a threat appears out of nowhere. Not different factions of villains, but literally evil from another world. But, at the same time, it might have been worth doing without such strong fan service, at least from the hundreds. At the same time, watching a hero defeat villains from past shows is much more satisfying than seeing him and his friends destroy heroes (hello, Ex-Aid). And I especially appreciate that Eternal was defeated the same way he was 14 years ago.Plus, these are fakes and you can always argue whether Houtarou would have pulled off the original.
Also, given everything that is happening and the recurring motif of the three, I am convinced in my opinion that Gotchard was originally supposed to be an anniversary season, but Revice was chosen over it. But still, even if the idea itself is not bad, the implementation could be better. The villains, other than Clotho in the previous episode, do not participate in the confrontation. The 100 itself is quite boring and derivative, and Kaguya, although interesting as a character, is too busy with fan service to really develop his character.
Overall, it's quite fun to watch, but I'm still waiting for this filler to end and the plot to return to the King and Sisters.
P.S. On the other hand, despite everything written, what part of me wants, in addition to Legend, to add both “Our Class 3G” and three versions of Kajiki to appear in one scene in this unsolicited crossover. Plus, it would be interesting to see how Clotho would react to Gotchard's version of herself.
