The way it's executed just raises a whole lot of questions. Like, New Big Bad acknowledges that there's no way for them to win if they remain incomplete, so like, why not just complete them and have them kill Guyver later as he approaches the base? There was plenty of time.

Yeah, Manga UK was known for doing that with their dubs back then. In some cases it really works(their soundtrack for Cyber City Oedo 808 is incredible), but other times, not so much.
