As others on other sites have pointed out, the belt is not called a "Driver" so perhaps it's supposed to be a toy companion to the Rider like Hopper1.

I assume the Crank on the side means the belt will sorta work like the Build Driver but with just one trinket.

As for the Rider suit itself, I like the colors and gradient effect on the armor. Hopefully it all looks good in motion.

I'm also kinda glad that this is the first time in Reiwa that Toei didn't have the Rider's motif be: Animal + Something
