If the haters hate her as a character in general, then I disagree with them but it's not like I can change their mind. As a fighter though, I feel like Rinne gets underestimated. They always call out her failures and only having two forms, but when she actually does something impressive, they ignore it. Sadly, I expect them to continue with this annoying cherry-picking.

Not accusing him of being OOC, I think he's serious about disposing of Chemies, but I doubt it will involve genocide, more like he may want people to believe that so they'll stop rampaging.

The variable is probably the father. Fuuga taught Rinne to use alchemy for good, while Geryon taught Atropos to use it for evil.

True that Rider experience would make someone a better fighter, but there are also civilian activities or occupations that would do this before gaining Rider experience.
