It's sounds, from your comments and the ones below, like there are just flat-out QC problems with this line. This has been my concern ever since... which was the first Shinkocchou Seihou figure to try to replicate a Rider's form-change gimmick? Was it Den-O? OOO? The Seihou line is losing some of the things that made it great in the name of swappable-armor gimmicks.
In my case, the sword on his helmet crest came off immediately after he came out of the box. I was able to pop it back on, but that definitely set a tone. His hip accessories kept popping off when I tried to swap out his hands and get him in a simple, neutral pose, and I was reminded unpleasantly of the things I hadn't been so thrilled with about original Figuarts Gaim.
The figure looks nice so long as I don't touch it, but I'm not looking forward to further posing it, or making use of the Pine/Ichigo set I preordered.
I'd been hoping Shinkocchou Seihou would finally get around to Fourze, but now, I'm significantly less excited, given we can pretty much assume Bandai will return to the limb-swapping.
