Even by normal Sixth Ranger standards, Green Hippo really did die too early in the 30s episode range. Atsushi still had a lot left to offer, but nevertheless, his heroic sacrifice was a strong emotional scene and man, Suzuki Katsuhiro's performance was so full of passion here, like you could really feel the raw grief that Hiromu was experiencing after losing his romantic rival that he had just started to become friends with. Totally a dramatic and sudden end to that amazing love triangle arc.

Shame that Kobayashi hasn't written any Sentai since Shinkenger.

Oh you mean that weird Sentai that came after Zyuranger? Yeah, that was pretty cool, but I think it needed more than 13 episodes and at least 2 more Rangers. I mean, what kind of Sentai has "Go" in the name and only has 3 Rangers? It's weird, right?

Except for Kyoryuger. I don't know how anyone with a functional sense of hearing can tolerate Kyoryuger.

Does that mean you can see the appeal of Goseiger, even though you called it your least favorite?
