Holy shit, the Granutes eat rocks. No wonder why Shoma's mom would talk about Earth snacks to him, that brown sludge we saw them eating in that flashback in episode 2 was literally mud.

Guess that a lot of Granute snacks are either salty (since that's a mineral). And that maybe that powder that we saw in Dente's flashback about Zomb was not flour, but sand.

So them eating rocks all the time is probably a big motivator on why Part-Timers would do anything for more Dark Treats. It tastes like nothing they've ever tasted before.
