I also like how through the younger version of his wife they carefully emphasized that Kinjiro's dream is primarily a desire to regain his youth, and not just to hang out.
In addition, it's funny that it is Kandle who says the right encouraging words here. In general, in this episode he tries his best to rehabilitate himself in the eyes of the audience for his behavior as Universe Shinken Red.
I would also like to note that the final reprisal against the vile #2 was left to the no less vile #1 aka Kuon. Which is right, because there is no reason for more pleasant characters to dirty their hands with him.I must say that Akiko Inoue is equally good at vividly writing both cute villains and absolutely disgusting ones. And at the same time, the heroes do not get lost in their background.
