Zeztz is like reverse Wizard. When Wizard fails in the real world, he has to take the fight to the Underworld. When Zeztz fails in the dream world, he has to take the fight to the real world. The way the Nightmares enter the real world is the opposite of how the Imagins enter the past.

The suspense is a nightmare! Fortunately, the blog confirmed that we're totally getting it next week.

This was already shown at the end of Episode 1 and when Baku used the dispenser in Episode 2.

Man, I suck at falling asleep. How do I obtain this power?!

Fujimi isn't a lucid dreamer after all. He can still control it a little, like throwing Baku in Dream Jail immediately after catching him, but not enough to know that Baku is his dream buddy or how Bomb Nightmare framed him.

However, Baku insists to Bomb Nightmare that it's not what Fujimi wants. Even though it's his subconscious desire, consciously, Fujimi would never want for such a thing to actually happen, hence why his role in the dream was trying to stop the bomber.

I...guess that clarifies that Baku can Henshin in the real world? Or was it only because things were starting to get...weird? Either way, at least we know that if he stops the Nightmare in the real world, it can save the person being possessed.
Makes sense that if the Nightmare can manifest in the real world, then so can Zeztz. Shows how the worlds have become critically distorted and how this is the last resort for Zeztz to defeat the Nightmare and save the world.

confronting the Nightmare in the end, rather than Seven. The way he's so scared throughout, the way he can't pronounce English as well, there are a lot of nuances to that section of the episode that made it really enjoyable. Credit to the actor for managing all that so early on.
Seems like he can summon Agent Seven after henshining though, with his ability to defuse the bomb. Either that, or it's placebo effect. Maybe the Rider System has a long-term effect of merging the two Bakus by unlocking the potential in his brain.

Considering how Episode 2 ended a little anticlimactically mid-fight, kind of feels like these 3 episodes were made with that format in mind. Curious to see what a normal Zeztz episode will look like.
