I think I have cooled down again after my extreme excitement over Fujimi and Nasuka joining Baku's team last episode, though their scenes continue to be the highlight of the show for me (Fujimi's actor is having a great time). So, I'm back to feeling like Zeztz is a perfectly serviceable watch.

This episode features a prison break, a manager with a creepy obsession with one of his stars, and a divorce for maximum contrast with the previous wedding-centric plot. Honestly, now I'm even more confused on if dream Nem and real Nem are the same person or not. Baku seems to think they are the same at least. We also get a bit more of Nox, but don't get any new details on him. It kind of seems like the mystery has all been resolved at this point, so next episode is either going to feature dealing with the dangerous behavior of the Dreamer... or they have another twist up their sleeve. Zeztz has kind of been a weird watch so far for me. Like, it's pretty cool and stylish, it makes me laugh sometimes, but I just feel like it is missing something important? The show just isn't grabbing me and I don't find myself contemplating it much in the week long gaps between the episodes.

By the way, everyone is talking about them shooting in a Garo location, but I was thinking "Hey, didn't they shoot some 90s Metal Hero stuff here? Isn't part of this the robot prison from Janperson?" Goes to show what kind of stuff I have been obsessing over recently.
