Kamen Rider Ryuki 13 Riders TV Special comes to mind. Just the fact that they tried to do something interactive with the tech at the time and have all 13 Kamen Riders show up in one episode set in an alternate reality was insane for me at the time.
For those not familiar, this was a one-shot spinoff episode that aired not too long after the summer Ryuki movie was out. The interactive element was that it gave viewers in Japan a chance to decide the ending by calling the phone numbers that were shared at the start for people to vote either:

The fight goes on
or
Stop the fight

An ending was decided, and the one that was not picked was later available as part of the bonus feature for the DVD release of the special. A one-volume manga adaptation was out as well, and it was by MEIMU, the man behind the Kikaider 02 manga.
