Ello. For quite the time now, I've been coming up with my own personal fan series for Sentai. I've strongly considered posting it here on the forums, but I have no idea if I in the end will.

However, I thought before I make any decision, I'd share my concept with you all, and get your thoughts on it. Keep in mind, some of these ideas aren't final. Let's begin.

The title of this series is called Ken tōshi Sentai Starranger. Ken tōshi being the Japanese word for Gladiator. The concept of the show being that of a space theme. However, instead of just making it be set in space and all of that jazz, I took a somewhat different approach.

That approach is of stars and constellations. Most names for weapons, and mecha will have to either do directly with a name of a star or constellation, or some other space term. This will also be used in corporation with a few terms representing the gladiator name of the series.

the main summary for the story is that a group of high school students (shocker) that are brought in by a space observatory which also works with the milatary and space program to create equipment and weaponry. This is how the teenagers will gain their powers and all of the stuff that they need.

The main villain/s of the show have yet to be decided.

Later on in the series, they will gain a mini support mecha/zord, and become allied with the sixth ranger. After they gain the sixth ranger, comes my little evil arch. But instead of an evil ranger or team of rangers, I'm going in favor of a mecha that turned on it's creator, the company that sponsor the Starrangers.

As far as the ending of the series goes, I have a few ideas, but I'm not positive.

The looks of the Sentai suits are pretty much going to be a combination of Kyoryuger and Go Onger. And as a treat, here's the planned names for the mecha:

Ion Sabre Megazord (the main zord for the Starrangers)
Gemini Shinobi Zord (the mini support zord)
Omega Artic Megazord (the sixth Starranger's megazord)
Spartian Fire Warrior (the rouge megazord)

Well, that's all the info I have and would disclose for now. Who knows if I'll write this all up in the end, but regardless of that, I hope you all enjoy my fun little idea.
