In all seriousness, though, as I understand it the show got pretty heavily retooled following the sarin gas attacks in the Tokyo subway. Ohranger was meant to be a throwback to the serious military Sentais of the 80s, but then the story got a lot lighter and sillier so it didn't freak out the kids.

Honestly, that makes me want to watch it more. There's a cultural significance to it...and giant robot aerobics just tickles me

Plus, Ohranger has only 5 episodes subbed and the group has apparently vanished.

Boy am I glad Sentai stopped watching Akibaranger. I was about ready to offer to watch Goseiger if he spared himself Akibaranger.
