For current stuff I prefer Nihon simply because I love the flashy text and graphics they use. Even if I have to wait a bit longer versus Overtime it doesn't bother me too much. Though I do get way behind on episode discussion because of those guys

With Kuuga I'd definitely go with MCS. TVN appears to have Kuuga so far on the backburner that it's practically off the stove. If they ever get around to finishing it it'll be years from now. Kuuga is an awesome show and I doubt that TVN's subs will be so much more awesome than MCS's that it'll be worth waiting that long.
