I think with all the hype for Tommy (JDF), the one person who could make a bigger splash returning than Tommy would probably be Kimberly (Amy Jo Johnson).

If I could hope for anyone in particular to return it would be SPD Red Ranger. I really loved his story and choice at the end of SPD. Either way we have an exciting 2 seasons ahead of us!
