Eitherway, it is still partially his own fault for not properly reading the description and looking at the pictures. He should have asked the seller first to make sure it was a Figuart, especially when it is a seller located in Hong Kong. Ebay is to blame as well for not making sure he was not putting up a false listing. I mean hell, if I ever list a Transformers lot that has G1 Megatron in it, they are all over me as if I am a criminal for selling an unopened G1 Megatron. It is ridiculous.

It's commonly broken, but because no one reports the violations, they go unchecked.

But that doesn't matter. It's still against the rules to add tags and words to the title to make it appear more often.

Listings go up on eBay all day, every day. It can't verify. It needs users to point out these problems.
