The buyer here did not fact check as well as he should have, yes. But the seller was the one misleading him. And eBay usually sides with the buyer, and in a case like this, they should.

Well tough, it gets more people to see it on what is already an overly complicated system.

However, the buyer's auction title clearly says Bandai OOO Combo Change Series 06 in the title, which is what it is. Figuarts is at the tail end, which is the signal that it is not a Figuart.

Anyway, I've already given a detailed in the TFW topic, so I'm not repeating myself again. It is what it is so whatever.
