Kakuranger is silly, but I'm having fun with it. It's the kind of silly that's not taking itself too seriously, not just being outright stupid (Though there are dumb episodes).
The announcer I've been led believe disappears sometime into it, but as of the first 13 episodes, that's not the case.

And if you think Sasuke and Saizou are idiots, just wait until you meet Seikai
