I didn't love them, but I didn't hate them. I did like their sort-of gag of being so enthralled by Ryotaro's sister that they treat him as a younger brother, despite Ryotaro probably being the same age/slightly younger than them.

Though, in a series like Den-O, where the Taros's antics are so great to watch, have a comedy relief duo when there's already 6-7 comic characters, the worst of them really do stand out.

Also, to be fair, Bulk and Skull did have 6 seasons worth or episodes to grow. I'm pretty sure S1 MMPR Bulk and Skull were terrible, too
