The Lightning Bolt has changed over the years, thus it isn't a 100% consistent.
Goldar and Alpha both debuted in MMPR, hence why they're ultimately MMPR characters.
It's like calling Adam and Bridge Operation Overdrive characters because they appeared in that series.
