Could be why only Ryo was released en masse and the rest are Web Exclusives?

The figures underneath the armor are nearly completely articulate. Only missing articulation is shoulder outwards articulation (they can only go forward and back) and I guess wrist articulation. Not quite as good as Gridman but their arms arent needed in the combined mode since the arms come from the combining vehicle.

Mine are grey weapons. Not sure if there were any blue ones.
