Yeah what you said doesn't make sense. It's not his limited power that's nonsense, it's why it's limited. It's convoluted and seems like an afterthought.

They could have really done something else to account for her not being there. Like maybe write a plot around it that they realize they forgot about someone or something.

You know what would have been a cool ass plot? Between the pre-movie eps and Zeronos' cards thing, they couldn've gone the opposite with time = memories and have it be like her coming from "destroyed time" has finally erased her or something, maybe showing Rotorstorm that, as a singularity point, he's not as exempt from the changing of time as he thinks.
