I'm going 80's with Patlabor. One of those animes I always meant to watch, but never have. I started with the first movie. It was good, but a bit confusing until I realized there's an OVA before it making it a sequel (and I'm suppose to know who these guys are already). Patlabor 1 is one of my favorite anime movies to this very day. It had Mechs but they weren't firing huge cannons at each other and flying through space. They were real. The characters were good, I loved Noa and Alphonse. I think the OVA is dubbed somewhere. The movies were. Any plans on watching Patlabor 2?
