"FIRE!" With Date's order every single Birth Trooper took aim and unleashed their Machine Cell Rifles on Decade. Unloading clip, after clip, of Medals on the Black Rider. KAMEN RIDE.. FOURZE! ATTACK RIDE.. GATLING! ATTACK RIDE.. LAUNCHER! ATTACK RIDE... RADAR!

And all she could do was watch. News crews had shown when the attack began, watching from their helicopters as Decade took out Trooper after Trooper. And then fired a single shot towards the Choppers sending them scattering back. Hopefully out of range. There was nothing she could do.. She came here to stop him. And all she’d done is get herself nearly killed, get Haruto nearly killed, and as a bonus gave Decade access to another power. ... There was no Hope ...

There is Always Hope.

Mari opened her eyes only widen them as she saw herself inside a strange Underverse. Just gray, endlessly expanding gray stretching out in every direction. And through the Haze came three shadowed figures.. Haruto. Beside him walked WizarDragon, while behind her came the thundering hooves of Pegasus. “You have to Fight.” She swallowed, slowly shaking her head. “What if I mess up again.. I did the spell wrong and now Decade is out there slaughtering people.” “Hope.” “But there isn’t Hope! Don’t you understand?! He Beat me! He almost killed me and he destroyed my Driver!”
Haruto slipped his ring onto his finger, and pressed it down against his buckle. “You are all that can stop Decade. We will be your Final Hope.” DRIVER ON! Mari blinked the tears from her eyes, watching as Haruto’s Driver formed around her waist. Dragon then stepped forward, billowing smoke from his nostrils. Take My Strength. Mari’s hands clenched as Dragon drove itself through her body, the proud creature refusing to die. So it leant the girl her strength. As did Pegasus. Beat Him. I will not be attached to a Weak Vessel. Charging, striking her from behind, Mari absorbed Pegasus back into her body.. And woke up.

The scene outside was horrific. Decade had slaughtered his way through his Birth Troopers, Date fell along side them. And now Decade Black held the defeated OOO Tatoba around his slender neck. “Put him down, Nathan.” Decade Black snarled. From off his left shoulder he saw someone emerging from the flames engulfing the ruins of the school. Mari. Wearing Haruto’s coat, with his Driver around her slender waist. “I’m sorry. I’m so sorry, but I have to hurt you. It’s the only way to help you..” Mari displayed both her hands towards Decade. The left hand wore her own Flame Pegasus Ring, her right held Flame Dragon’s Ring. “HENSHIN!”

DRAGON, ONAGAI?! PEGASUS, ONAGAI?! MAGICA FINAL HOPE, PLEASE!

When both rings touched the Buckle her arms flung open violently and she became engulfed in flames! Pegasus and Dragon made from flames swirling around her, creating the combined form of Hope. Mari became taller. A full grown woman Mage. And Magica wore Wizard’s coat with her normal skirt and boots beneath. Her helmet now matching Wizard’s Flame Dragon Style but with two long blonde ponytails waving through the wind now kicking around her. And around her neck hung one Final Ring attached to a Silver Chain.

ATTACK RIDE... CLOCK UP!

Decade’s movements became one single blur. Throwing OOO casually to the ground, only to drive his sword through the Medal Driver destroying it and OOO at the same time. Claiming his Cards. Turning himself towards Magica to run her through with his blade.. Only to be stopped with a single kick to his stomach, sending Decade out of Clock Up and hurtling towards a ruined wall he now crashed straight through. “That won’t work this time, Nathan. I’m sorry.”
FORM RIDE... FAIZ BLASTER MODE! From within the darkness of the building she kicked him through came a powerful eruption of energy. So bright, so destructive, the asphalt bubbled and metal lamp posts bent as they began to melt. And Magica just stood her ground. DEFEND, ONAGAI? DEFEND, PLEASE! Flames erupted around her just as the Beam struck, defusing it all around her in massive brightly colored explosions of rubble and dust. CONNECT, ONAGAI? CONNECT, PLEASE! Reaching through the newly formed glyph Magica pulled out her new weapon. What was once her staff now became a powerful halberd. Designs of WizarDragon and Pegasus etched into the blade.
Decade Black was not finished. Returning to his form the ten thruster wings each erupted, launching from him the abandoned building. Skidding his blade along the ground, throwing twin tails of showering sparks along his trail as he held the weapon with both hands. "Every Rider will DIE!" Roaring Decade brought the blade against Magica. Savagely striking her again and again like some possessed and wild animal, with the power of his thrusters behind each slice. Magica held ground. Using her new weapon to block as much as she could, but even her new power wasn't a match against the savagery of Decade's assault and she began sliding backward along the ground.
Twisting her foot, Magica held ground and swiftly kicked Decade away again. One hand tore off the ring around her neck.. "My heart breaks for you.. But you have to be stopped, Decade!" PEGASUS, ONAGAI?! DRAGON ONAGAI?! VERY NICE! THE ABSOLUTE BEST! The Halberd struck the ground while her other arm outstretched towards Decade creating the Summon Glyph. Decade tried attacking, tried slicing through the glyph, only to be thrown backward as Dragon and Pegasus both erupted through the Gate. Sending him crashing back.
Dragon thrust into Magica's back. Granting her his Claws and Tail. While Pegasus soon followed, granting her use of his Black Feathered Wings and Power... Creating before Decade the Absolute Final Hope. Her Coat turned Crimson, her hair became Black. Kamen Rider Magica Final Flame had been born. The Final Hope Realized.
