Muteki Shogun is special in that it fights most of it's battles uncombined. The individual zords are capable of fighting on a Megazord level alone, only needing to form the Megazord for the finisher. While ShinkenOh is made of 5 zords, those zords don't fight on a Megazord level and ShinkenOh rarely fights uncombined. ShinkenOh and Ryuuseioh are now out numbered 5 to 2. Ryuuseioh will be taken out pretty quickly by one or the other. He's out of his league.

ShinkenOh does have an edge here since it's use to fighting groups. After a long (and awesome) battle, Muteki Shogun will be formed. At that point ShinkenOh doesn't stand a chance. Muteki Shogun is build to take hits. It's an armored power house. Most attacks are completely useless againist him. It's like ShinkenOh trying to take on SamuraiHaOh. ShinkenOh will not throw anything at Muteki Shogun it can't take. After a long and spectacular battle, Muteki Shogun will be the victor.

I will say this, if ShinkenOh has access to it's SamuraiHaOh form, the battle would be even more spectacular and I'm not sure which one would win. However, this match sets ShinkenOh as it's highest form. It's no match for Muteki Shogun.

PS I've over thought this but that's because it's a good match up. Well, ShinkenOh vs Muteki Shogun is a good match up.
