True, but it kind of creates a plot hole about how Tommy was able to morph into Zeo Ranger V and TJ was able to morph into the Red Turbo Ranger in the Wild Force episode "Forever Red". If the Zeo powers were repurposed into the Turbo powers, then how would Tommy become Zeo Ranger V?

Good point, but you need to remember that the laws of time and space are downright screwy, probably absent altogether in Power Rangers. Also note that when time was reversed during the Alien Ranger saga, the Mighty Morphin' team still had their memories when they became kids, unlike a previous episode in season 2 (the name escapes me at the moment). And the Power Rangers themselves have traveled back in time before, both in season 2. The first one was when Tommy, as the White Ranger, fought against an evil clone of himself as the Green Ranger, all the while his friends were stuck in the late 1700s with people in rat suits-err, I mean, giant rat monsters (seriously, even as a kid, I thought the rat suits were lame). The second time was when Kimberly got sent back into the old west, and temporarily gave the ancestors of her friends the Ranger powers. I'm sure Ninjor would remember.

I don't know, at the very end of C2D, when everyone's ready to go back to Earth, Zhane just sits down in a chair, puts his feet up, and smiles. Yes, he and Andros have seen their world destroyed by Dark Specter, but Zhane's personality is that he's a smug bastard, but still a good friend. I think he probably had to help rebuild KO-35 and couldn't be contacted to help the Space and Galaxy Rangers. Or maybe the actor just couldn't be reached, I don't know.

I'm not sure if the Super Legends video game counts, but a version of Lord Zedd, after being purified by the Z Wave, became an archeologist. While he was digging, he saw something that made him think of how awesome it was when he was evil, and became Zedd again. I can't remember the entirety of the plot of the game, someone Google it.

I think that was authorial intent, but who knows. Both the battle of Mirinoi and the battle of the Animarium both took place 3,000 years ago, so there COULD be a relation, but it was never clear whether the two battles had any relation to each other.
