It always seems Decade's victories when he's "Evil" relies completely on his opponents forgetting to use their completely OP and broken powers.

Oh yeah, that scene was total crap. Completely makes characters I don't even know into weiners. But it was worth it for that one shot of Kabuto's little horn thing in the ground. I want to buy that prop.
