The Blue Ranger is listed as just him, and when I got him I thought the paint apps were messed up, but actually he is just battle damaged. Same paint apps on the printed flyer in the package.

it appears (at least in the case I saw) that the first # is the only difference in which one you get. The same #'s are on all their bricks too...
