Did he kill her? I was really unclear on that because everything was so rushed in that episode and there was nothing stating either way.

It was like the one scene in DaiRanger when Jin punches his g/f. It is left unclear whether he killed her or just knocked her out because nothing comes out if again.

BTW, whomever said Marvelous did not receive any growth is wrong. We see his past throughout the series. We see his growth in the movies. Sure, his attitude is the same throughout the entire series, but that does not mean he never grows. We see the flashbacks of what made him the hero he is at the start of the series. He's like the Batman of Sentai. His growth is seen through the past not the present or future.
