It has moderately more colour. The feathered codpiece has blue instead of just black, the ankle spikes and claws on the scanning charge pieces are red/red-tipped instead of translucent gold, the head has a dash of gold where Ankh's hair would be (though it's also sculpted) and the buttfeathers that aren't the extensions are also red here, but black on the regular release.

I must say, the colour changes don't quite appeal to me. They're minor, but create contrast issues that didn't exist. The colour layout of the original SIC was perfect, but these few additions just slightly mess with the look, like the randomly red ankles.

Depends on how you judge the final battle.

But no, Tajador was never altered this way. He remained as usual for the climactic end. (SIC Tajador actually comes with a specific medal already for replicating that scene, making this figure even more redundant)
