It's not like you can just make an entire team playable, and unlike KR, there wasn't a huge gap where there were no series being produced, so who would be the arbitrary cut off point?
I imagine you'd play as Red, but would your entire team be delegated to assists? Would 6ths be playable?
The entire point of Sentai is that it's a team, not one man against the world.

There's so much you have to consider for a Sentai version. You can't just reskin the game with Sentai characters.
