The DLC's region-locked, but that's easy to fix. But if you're in North America, you ought to be OK insofar as region-locking

It's a great crowd control attack, as us Kabuto's Rider Kick. I didn't like that you have to his Triangle and Circle four times to pop out the Rider Kick, but you can actually do the "ONE TWO THREE" at a safe distance, run up, and then activate the Rider Kick.

Doesn't hurt that Kabuto's Rider Kick does siiiiiiick damage.
