I know you're frustrated but I don't think you took the time to understand how the service works? They can't tell you how much shipping is because the item hasn't been packed to calculate shipping
until you order it.
They can't calculate shipping based on nothing so what do you expect? Mandarake is a service that most people use to buy multiple items so the shipping doesn't hurt as bad. Taking that into account you've gotta understand why it's impossible for them to calculate shipping on any item, before you order it, without knowing if you'll buy 1 or more items, without knowing where in the world your located, and what method you'd use to ship it. They take everything into account and charge you actual shipping costs.
And I'm sorry if you don't know this but they don't cancel orders very often. Usually when they do, they ban that user from the service. It's all laid out up front how it works so they expect people to know how to use it. It's just like Amiami and their pre-orders. You say you've placed a second order but I hope you're prepared to pay for both now. It clearly states in their FAQ's that they do not cancel orders.
